Hurricane-rated windows and doors, engineered for the Gulf coast and installed by our own certified crews — so the worst night of the season feels like any other night.

Laminated, not lucky. Two panes bonded to a shatter-proof interlayer — cracked glass stays in its frame, debris stays out.
No panels, no ladders. Protection is built in 24/7. Nothing to bolt on at midnight when the cone shifts your way.
Quieter, cooler, safer. The same glass that stops a 2×4 cuts outside noise, blocks 99% of UV and trims cooling bills year-round.
SYR Construction started in a Naples garage in 2009, after one season of boarding up our own parents' houses with plywood. There had to be a better way — so we became it.
Sixteen years later we're still family-run, still measuring every opening ourselves, and still installing with our own factory-trained crews — never day labor, never subcontractors. We handle engineering, permits and inspections end-to-end, and we answer the phone after the sale.
Every product we sell is tested past Florida's toughest standard — the Miami-Dade high-velocity hurricane zone — because that's the only bar that matters when the Gulf decides to test your address.
Supply and installation of impact-rated openings for homes, condos and storefronts — all Miami-Dade approved, all installed by our own crews.

We measure every opening, walk your options and price it on the spot. No pressure, quote valid 90 days.
Site-specific engineering, county permits and HOA paperwork — all handled by our office, included in price.
Our own crews install most homes in 2–4 days, one room at a time. Clean, sealed, inspected nightly.
We close the permit with the county, register your warranties and hand you the wind-mitigation docs for your insurer.

Straight answers to what homeowners ask us in person. Anything else — call (239) 555-0119, a human picks up.
Most openings run between $900 and $1,800 installed, depending on size, frame material and floor height. A typical 3-bed home lands between $18k–$35k all-in — engineering, permits and installation included. We price per opening, in writing, at the free estimate.
In most cases, yes — meaningfully. Florida insurers give wind-mitigation credits for fully protected openings, and our customers typically see 20–40% off the windstorm portion of their premium. We hand you the inspection documentation your insurer needs at closeout.
No. Impact glass is code-approved opening protection on its own, 24/7. No panels to haul out of the garage, no ladders at midnight, nothing to install when a cone shifts — and your house stays bright instead of boarded up for a week.
Manufacturing and permitting run 4–8 weeks after the contract, depending on county and product line. The installation itself takes 2–4 days for most homes. We give you a written schedule up front and a crew lead's direct number during the job.
Noticeably. The laminated interlayer that stops debris also dampens road and lawn-crew noise, blocks 99% of UV (your floors and furniture stop fading), and the insulated Low-E options cut solar heat gain enough to show up on summer cooling bills.
Yes — from 0% APR promotional plans to longer fixed-rate terms, including options with no payments until after installation. Many customers offset most of the monthly payment with their insurance savings. We'll run the numbers with you at the estimate.
